“I am interested in expanding my knowledge of procurement and supply chain management through gaining some international experience. Ideally I'd like to undertake a secondment to USA based company or state/federal procurement team. The main area of work I've been involved in for the past 10 years has been procurement and management contracts particularly those involving training and services, but I am willing to apply myself to any area of purchasing and supply chain management. I don't know if many people have chosen this particular route so I'd be grateful for any information on how to source appropriate opportunities.”
