A survey by Consumer Direct
has revealed the products and services that have accounted for the greatest number of complaints so far in 2009.
Top of the list of gripes are second hand cars, mobile phone agreements and televisions.
It made me wonder if there is a business equivalent. Are there particular types of suppliers that raise the hackles among purchasers?
Perhaps it is software that doesn’t do what it is supposed to? Or is it the hotel that promises to be in the city centre, but situates you on the edge of the city limits?
