Rebecca EllinorCIPS is putting out a call to members to take part in the CIPS/Hays salary survey to examine career progression, recruitment and hiring trends.

The feedback will help the institute to collect and share meaningful insights and data about career progression and the employment market.

The findings will be used to draw comparisons across industry sectors and regions within the UK.

Responses are anonymous but anyone who takes part will have access to the full survey results when they are published early next year.

So to find out how your salary and benefits compare with peers, share your information in confidence now.

The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete and if you leave your details at the end of the survey you will be entered in our prize draw for £200 Amazon vouchers.
