We live in a society where speed of service is no longer a luxury, but a necessity.

Our weekly food shop can be placed online during our lunch break and collected on our way home from work the very same day; a last minute birthday present can be ordered and delivered within a couple of hours to our front door; and waiting for the postman to turn up with a delivery for theatre tickets is now a thing of the past, as they now go straight to our mobile devices.
