Diligent Procurement

Effective due diligence is critical to all aspects of procurement and represents a number of activities that should be carried prior to entering a contractual agreement. This can be a timely exercise but enables the parties involved to conclude a contract with full understanding and awareness of the deliverables, timescales, costs, risks and other contractual commitments.
