    Building on the learning in Effective negotiation, this two-day course will provide an insight on advanced negotiation techniques and strategies, giving delegates the chance to fine tune their knowledge of negotiation styles and emotional intelligence. It will examine the effective use of non-verbal negotiation techniques and develop understanding of negotiating in different cultural environments.
