    Audience

The CIPS Central London Branch is delighted to have Hays Specialist Recruitment host and deliver this session on talent management, taking your organisation to the next level.

As we look to the future (and a future that daily seems to have an increasing number of variables in the mix), one thing that we can be certain of, is that we will need to find and engage the talent and skills we need for today and tomorrow in an increasingly creative and flexible way.

This event will be held in two parts, with a break mid-way. It will cover a number of key topics pertinent to your organisation, to take it to the next level:

    • The innovation of recruitment and how a business will need to evolve to attract the best talent

    • Diversity and Inclusion – A business imperative

    • The evolution of recruitment outsourcing

    • Executive Search firms – what they do best and how to use them?

At the conclusion of each presentation, there will be Q&A, time for networking, where refreshments will be provided.

This will be an informal interactive discussion session with participation from the audience, session not to be missed!

Photographic Images may be captured during this event organised by the CIPS Central London Branch Committee. The images will be used in Supply Management, LinkedIn, speaker organisations, websites and/or other media and publicity produced by CIPS.
