Negotiation Mindset Change - A learning journey for ourselves

Negotiations are an essential part of human interaction, not only in business context. Sad truth for all hard workers: We do not get what we deserve, we get what we fight for.

Hitting by another stroke of fate, we tend to be too soft in most difficult or uncomfortable negotiations. We are staying in our negotiator comfort zone. But: Where do these boundaries of comfort zone are come from? Why is it worthy to leave the bubble?

And what is also true: Negotiation power is a complete subjective illusion of reality. It can be shifted to wherever you want to have it. How we can do that? Is an invulnerability a meaningful goal?

This impulse can be the starting point for an individual and personal learning journey – incl. key take aways.
