Susan Siu joined Gammon Construction Ltd. in 2002, a leading Hong Kong contractor in building, foundation, civil engineering, E&M and construction services with activities also in China and South East Asia, and currently serves as Head of Procurement. She oversees the procurement operation and supply chain management of Gammon. She is responsible for the formulation of procurement strategy and policy, and setting roadmaps and targets for strategic procurement and sustainable procurement of the Company, proactively improving performances on quality, cost, safety, environment of the supply chain. Susan holds a Professional Diploma in Purchasing & Supply and a Master Degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management. She dedicated much of her effort in enhancing procurement best practices, sustainability and supplier development.

As an experienced strategist and commercial negotiator John Burchett has created value chains that meet critical business requirements from effective global supply relationship that extend from Hong Kong, China, Japan, Korea, India, Malaysia to Europe and North America. Throughout his career he has had responsibility for large numbers of staff and have maintained the perspective that ‘people’ are a company’s strongest asset. He has a commitment to achievement and to motivating staff through involvement and development by continuous learning. Advocating the power of multi-functional teams with skilled facilitation, using strategic procurement process and tools, enabling teams to fully explore ways of testing and developing the market to ensure business needs are fulfilled with a highly successful outcome.
CIPS Hong Kong Secretary: Grace Tsang MCIPS
Grace Tsang is the Senior Lecturer of Vocational Training Council (VTC), the largest vocational and professional education and training provider in Hong Kong. Serves as the Programme Leader of Higher Diploma in Global Purchasing and Supply Management at Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE), she oversees programme development and ensures teaching quality of the programme. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce & Marketing Management, a Master’s Degree in Procurement Management as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Professional and Vocational Education). She is an energetic player who has been responsible for taking the leading role in the programme team and proactively strengthening and expanding networks with industry, professional bodies and trade associations.
CIPS Hong Kong Corporate Relationship Officer: Winnie Au MCIPS
Senior Procurement Manager, CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd.
Winnie is the Senior Strategic Procurement Manager of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited covering Corporate and IT purchases. She also had experience in managing Power Station O&M purchases as well as Power Grid strategic procurement teams. Before joining CLP, Winnie worked for a highly reputable MNC in several marketing and procurement positions. She implemented Asia Pacific regional initiatives such as e-invoice and regional Operation Centre across Asia Pacific countries improving operational efficiency and lowering cost. Winnie completed her EMBA and BBA program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She possesses extensive experience in full spectrum of strategic procurement practices.
CIPS Hong Kong Member & Liaison Officer: Raymond Goh MCIPS
Raymond Goh is the Senior Strategic Procurement Manager at CLP Power Hong Kong Limited, the largest electric utility in Hong Kong serving the community in Kowloon, the New Territories, Lantau and most of the outlying islands. Raymond started his career as a telecommunications engineer, designing mobile radio and cellular networks for Motorola in the United States and later on in Hong Kong. When Raymond joined Bell Atlantic (now Verizon Communications, an American broadband and telecommunications company) in Australia, he became a business development consultant, advising clients on both the commercial and technical aspects of their telecommunications projects. When Raymond relocated to Hong Kong after completing his MBA degree, he moved into the field of contracts and procurement, managing the procurement of all IT equipment at a Hong Kong-based telecommunications company.
CIPS Hong Kong Education Liaison Officer: Lily Heo MCIPS
Lily Heo is heading the Procurement Department of the Airport Authority Hong Kong as the General Manager, Procurement. She obtained her Professional Diploma in Purchasing and Supply from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University a Master Degree in Information Technology, a Bachelor degree in Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Public Sector Management and Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Law and Arbitration. Lily has served a number of esteemed public and private companies and she has a wide spectrum of experience on procurement and contract management for various categories ranging from catering, marketing services, consultancy services, facility management, information technology and civil work.
CIPS Hong Kong Professional Development Officer: Carrie Lau FCIPS
Carrie Lau is the General Manager, Strategic Procurement of Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited (HAECO), one of the world’s leading aeronautical engineering groups. Carrie joined HAECO in September 2012 with the mission to set up an independent department for centralized procurement and build a strong professional team leading various outsourcing projects and cost saving initiatives. She oversees procurement function of HAECO Hong Kong, being Group Procurement Lead of HAECO Group, and as Chair of Swire Supply Chain Sustainability Working Group from 2014 to 2018. Carrie has been a procurement veteran for more than 20 years. Carrie as a FCIPS, also holds various membership in other academic institutes such as FCCA, CPA, ACIS & ACS. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from City University of Hong Kong and a Master Degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong under CUHK EMBA Program.
CIPS Hong Kong Social Media Officer: Cheris Tsang MCIPS
Cheris Tsang is the Procurement Manager at the Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Ltd (HAECO) managing procurement of aircraft consumables and expandable parts. Before joining HAECO, she served as Assistant Purchasing Manager in the Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd handling procurement of the inflight service equipment. She has had over 20 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. She graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in the MSc degree in Strategic Purchasing and Supply Management.
