Strategic Procurement Category Manager | £Multibillion Utilities Organisation

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Package + Career Development Programme

Permanent

Location: Berkshire + Flexible Working

This is an opportunity for a Senior Procurement Buyer or Procurement Category Manager to join the largest utilities organisation in the UK, where you will be leading indirect and direct categories focused on energy (incl. CAPEX, equipment, and direct materials) infrastructure, engineering and development projects.

Following completion of their successful transformation and continued expansion, they are seeking a Strategic Procurement Category Manager to join their well-structured Procurement team; managing and planning £multimillion category spends on high-value projects for short to long-term strategy plans; the successful candidate will support plans to capitalise on growth and accelerate through the ranks into senior management with the help of their career development programme.
