This market leading and top 15 consulting offering in the UK are looking to as part of a period of significant investment and growth, hire a defence practise director to lead the overall development of this team and capability which historically has been one of their top performing functions.

This period of growth in terms of brand development has been cemented through the fact that they have won a number of industry awards including listed a top consulting firm in 2023 by the financial times as well as taking on significant investment from a global consulting firm looking to boost their opportunities.

There are a number of opportunities for this Director to really stamp their mark on this practise - in order to do so, you will need a strong network within this industry and have a good core understanding of project leadership in a consulting environment. Growth opportunities include building their offering within air and land defence sectors and continue to drive within private defence sectors.

In order to be a success in this role, you will need to be able to provide a strong consulting network within the defence sector, be able to structure and deliver a business plan to deliver over £1M in revenues.
