Strategic Procurement Manager - Global Tech Firm
Salary: £65-70,000 plus package
Location: UK Remote (hybrid to your nearest UK office if preferred)
This Leading Global Technology firm are enjoying continued success and are frequently re-investing into their best-in-class procurement function. Due to the final stages of a strategic restructuring, they now seek an experienced Procurement professional to join the team and lead strategy and commerciality across a range of Indirect procurement categories.
This organisation provide end to end procurement support across a comprehensive range of services, including Consulting, Systems Integration, Software Development and Business Process Services. As a result, it will be your role to enhance the firm's strategic success in delivering successful transformation programmes that address their client's most complex and critical business challenges for procurement. With specific procurement teams sitting in the advisory / JV side of the business, you will act as a business partner to lend expertise and support the main infrastructure and strategic plans of their procurement processes.
It will be your job to ensure that you are strategically enhancing the firms' current procurement processes in line with their commercial goals, enabling you to be a key driver and dictate the agenda for your assigned spend and projects. With such a broad scope of procurement spend and projects on offer, they place high importance on the right individual having an agile, innovative mindset, making this is a unique opportunity for an ambitious procurement professional seeking a step up into a Business Partnering role. Additionally, whilst the focus of your category spend will be on IT or Professional Services, they will consider any previous category background (direct or indirect), as long as you have the right ambitions for moving into this space and excellent stakeholder management skills to build relationships at all levels quickly and effectively.

This is a permanent position paying up to £70,000 alongside an excellent package, including CIPS sponsorship.
