As a company, they embrace innovation, creativity, and collaboration to achieve their goals.
As a Strategic Procurement Manager, you will play a vital role in managing suppliers across professional services and complex capital spends, collaborating with every team across the business to identify new ways of value and growth, and ensuring you are enhancing an already best-in-class approach to procurement. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance procurement operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, Contracts Manager or similar role, preferably in sustainability-focused initiatives
- Strong background in supplier relationship management and strategic sourcing
- Familiarity with professional or indirect services, or complex capital spends is highly advantageous, but category experience can be broad and varied so long as you are adaptable and eager to learn
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability and a keen eye for identifying environmentally responsible solutions.
What is on Offer:
- Competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum
- Performance-based bonus of 10% + options for CIPS support
- An opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organization leading the sustainability movement
- Flexible working arrangements, with two days per week in a modern Berkshire office and the remainder from the comfort of your home
- A collaborative and supportive work culture that values innovation and personal growth
