Role of a Senior Procurement Consultant:

• Engaging in a variety of engagements across the public and private sectors to deliver procurement projects and transformation solutions.
• Working within a procurement category team to assist in business development, market sharing and sales opportunities.
• Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders and senior client sponsors to manage allocated procurement projects and mitigate risks.
• Leading the delivery of strategic savings and undergoing contract management.

To be a successful Senior Procurement Consultant you will:

• Generate new and innovative procurement delivery solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Have effective category management, strategy development and strategic sourcing abilities.
• Form strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders and clients to positively challenge and deliver on procurement negotiations.
• Hold an MCIPS qualification or equivalent business qualifications.
• Have sourcing knowledge across a range of categories and industry sectors.
