Key Responsibilities:

  • The Market Data Business Analyst will conduct in-depth market and spend analyses to drive strategic decision-making.
  • They will spearhead tenders and negotiations for market data services, ensuring optimal cost management.
  • As a trusted advisor, they will shape RFP specifications and work towards maximizing value for clients.
  • The role emphasizes transparency and fairness in the procurement process, ensuring integrity is upheld.
  • The Market Data Business Analyst will foster robust relationships, aligning objectives across the organization.
  • They will meticulously document results, provide comprehensive updates, and navigate legal contracts with finesse.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of potential issues will be a key aspect of their role.
  • They will champion client satisfaction, taking ownership of NPS survey results for negotiations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • They will bring forth a minimum of 3 years of related experience, with at least 1 year in market data sourcing.
  • Proficiency in market data analysis, cost management, and strategic sourcing will be essential.
  • Professional qualifications such as MCIPS, MBA, MA, or project management certification will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in process improvement and systems implementation will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail, are prerequisites for this role.
  • The Market Data Business Analyst must possess strong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, Ariba, or similar systems is expected.
  • Fluency in English, with knowledge of another European language considered a strong advantage.
