Procurement Consultant for renowned procurement consultancy/ Salary £45,000 - £50,000/ Hybrid working, London based.

This leading UK procurement specialist are currently seeking to expand their small yet high performing procurement team with a passionate Procurement consultant. This role offers the opportunity to fast track your career within an award winning and close-knit company that are always driving to succeed. Within this role your primary responsibility will be to support or lead the delivery of client savings projects, giving you the ability to instantly impact projects and make your mark on this company and their clients. You will become part of a company at the top of their field who serve household name clients across the UK.

In the position of a procurement consultant, you will be empowered to lead savings projects and tender activity, you will also contribute to cost reduction opportunity assessments and support the delivery of outcomes for clients across the procurement lifecycle. This role will place significant emphasis on stakeholder management, developing effective relationships with stakeholders is essential for the role. Developing effective relationships with clients is also a key for success within this position.

Key requirements for this role:

• Procurement experience within the private or public sector across multiple indirect categories.
• Prior experience delivering cost saving outcomes.
• Experience in managing on-going supplier relationships and delivering value through this.
• Proficient stakeholder management skills emphasizing the importance of building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
