Rapidly growing manufacturing organisation are changing the landscape of the fluid power industry following a series of acquisitions and recruitment of a strong leadership team.

They're seeking a strong procurement manager with relevant industry experience to develop and implement procurement strategy during an exciting period of growth.

With procurement having previously been sat within supply chain, there is excellent opportunity to make swift impact with a lot of low-hanging fruit to make instant change.

You will develop a category roadmap and establish procurement process/policy, working closely with the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain to embed these changes.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong procurement background within a manufacturing/engineering or relevant industry
• Strong commercial acumen to effectively engage cross-functional stakeholders during a period of change/transformation
• Strong contracts management experience
• Experience across both direct and indirect spend ideal
• MCIPS ideal but not required
