My client is a Globally renowned Fortune 500 Real Estate Services firm who seek a facilities management professional to join their highly regarded procurement function.
Due to ever-increasing budgets and constant expansion in work volume, this workplace services powerhouse require a Sourcing Manager to lead procurement activities across key account's by managing all strategic sourcing related activities during an exciting period of transformation.

Role Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned to client requirements.
- Manage performance across all strategic sourcing and procurement activity across workplace services (both soft and hard facilities management).
- Hard FM - FF&E, HVAC, Lighting, Electricity, Water Systems, Fire Safety, Structural Maintenance
- Soft FM - Cleaning, Waste Management, Security, Catering, Space Planning.
- Foster and maintain prosperous supplier relationships and effectively engage internal senior stakeholders to ensure procurement is a valuable contributor.
- Lead negotiations and delivery of savings targets relative to client account deliverables.
- Accountable for implementation strategic procurement planning, RFP management, bid analysis and recommendations, liaison with client governance teams for Contract management and approvals, risk management, compliance, and reporting.
- To provide reporting as necessary (performance against KPIs, strategic sourcing activity, supplier performance management, contract management on a monthly / quarterly basics
- Ensure suppliers are qualified and onboarded in line with processes (satisfying the compliance and risk management key requirements and appropriate systems are utilised).
- Develop, maintain and manage ESG strategy for the account.

- Organisational awareness and strategic thinking, leadership, people management, management of projects, finances and other resources.
- Communication, managing self and relationships with others, team working and cooperation, negotiating and influencing, personal effectiveness, analytical thinking and judgement, creativity and innovation.
- Strong analytical, financial and commercial skills, judgement, creativity and innovation.
Competencies:
- 5 - 10 years years experience in facilities management related role.
- Strong inter-personal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent numerical, analytical and commercial acumen.
- Strong written & verbal English language skills, additional language preferred (French).
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Office,
- Deep understanding of IFM services and supplier environment.
- Sourcing procedures and protocols - particularly for services contracts.
- Experience working with suppliers across the EMEA region.
- Development of EMEA strategic relationships with multi-national suppliers.
