My client is a Leading Global FTSE 250 Aerospace & Defence firm who have experienced tremendous growth in revenue, headcount and the number of state-of-the-art facilities. Due to this constant expansion a Senior FM Supply Chain Manager position has been made available to join this Defence Technology firm's world class procurement function.

The successful FM procurement professional will oversee a £Multi-Million spend across the facilities management covering the strategic sourcing of soft & hard services throughout a variety of UK sites. The senior FM supply chain manager will be responsible for implementing procurement strategies to reduce total cost of ownership and conduct business development to facilitate the improvement of FM related spend. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and great responsibility as the FM procurement professional will be procuring soft & hard services strategically for the whole business rather than on a tactical project basis.

• The client is offering the Senior FM Supply Chain Manager a Salary range of £60 - £68k + Package, discretionary bonus, double matched pension and employee incentive schemes.
• The client has adopted an adaptive and flexible working culture with hybrid working conditions - compressed working fortnight and 2/3 office days per week. The Supply Chain Manager roles can be based out of multiple locations throughout Southern and Western England.

FM - Senior Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:

• The FM procurement professional will be responsible for delivering and executing the cost effective procurement of facilities management services.
• Ability to adapt at business requirements and move at pace to deliver business needs.
• Effectively communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to influence and focus on issues critical to senior leaders.
• FM procurement decisions. Negotiate favourable terms for technical service contracts with suppliers.
• Highly results orientated and customer focused. Identify & deliver areas of improvement and lead initiatives for positive change.
• Lead negotiations of contract terms and conditions (supported by legal team). Create relationships with suppliers and further identify and develop future suppliers relationships.

Required Experience;

• Demonstratable experience of strategic sourcing and managing the end-to-end procurement process. Proven track record of managing a £Multi-Million of FM related spend.
• Proven ability to effectively negotiate, contract manage to add value and achieve cost savings for the business.
• Confident communicator, influencer & relationship builder. A professional who is detail orientated by nature and possesses the ability to problem solve and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of procurement systems and infrastructure.
• 3+ years in a Procurement or Supply Chain related role.
• CIPS / MCIPS and Degree all preferable.
