Operations Procurement Manager, part of a growing and greenfield procurement team - DUBAI BASED with a family run luxury retail brand - Offices near Jumeirah - 27-29k AED per month + annual bonus, flight allowances & relocation benefits - IDEAL FOR A UK BASED CANDIDATE LOOKING TO RELOCATE TO DUBAI

This Dubai based, family run and leading luxury watch retail brand, officially partnered with Rolex, Richard Mille and other luxury high end watch brands, is looking to as part of the development of their procurement team, hire an operations procurement specialist well-versed in in the use of ERP and P2P systems, to lead and support on the next stages of their development as a team and function.

With a total of 78 stores in the UAE coupled with a large and diverse property portfolio, the largest official Rolex store globally based in the Dubai Mall and with the overall aim of branching into high-end luxury retail and clothing, there is no doubt this organisation is going from strength-to-strength and therefore so is their procurement function.

In this role, you will support the global head of procurement closely in aligning overall procurement strategy, deliver the aim of a high performing central ops procurement team and play a key role on this organisations P2P journey, which is vital for their growth. Experience with the use of Ariba tools and ERP systems is a must, you will also have the opportunity to lead a small team therefore team management and people development is a bonus.

In addition to this, this firm are looking for the following -

• Experience of delivering a P2P process and system, able to and experience of driving this journey and transformation within a business
• A broader understanding of supplier management, sourcing and able to support on low-value projects
• Ability to communicate a journey to the business owners, worth well as part of a team and be able to support the Head of Procurement in developing wider strategy
• Degree level education or equivalent
• Be able to relocate to Dubai permanently
