Junior buyer for global Food and Bev firm/ West London 1x per week Hybrid role/ Competitive salary + bonus and benefits
This renowned food and beverages firm known globally, is looking to hire the next addition to their small and close-knit procurement team. As a junior buyer at this company your primary role will be to offer support in executing procurement and product activities for both the company and its clients. In the role of junior buyer for this global food and beverages firm you will engage in product operations activities and support procurement and sourcing execution. A key focus of your role will revolve around product operation activities which will include management of the daily work queue and execution of all product and nonproduct related cases. In this procurement role, the ability to manage stakeholders is heavily valued. You'll be playing a pivotal role in forging lasting relationships with company suppliers, offering a distinctive chance to directly shape this companies' business operations.
Key requirements for this procurement role include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level education
- Experience in finance/business analysis or product management
- Proficient stakeholder management skills emphasizing the importance of building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, flexible and adaptive to changes in the business.
