This dynamic organisation are seeking a talented, high potential Senior Buyer - Construction to join their elite class of Procurement specialists.
This is the perfect opportunity to join a bested organisation that has exhibited unsurpassed maturity and evolution since its inception. You will be responsible for leading multimillion negotiations and strategy development within the Construction category, working on key projects across new building, refurbishments, groundwork and landscaping
Across their diversified product and service portfolio, you will be engaged in a highly collaborative working environment. Accordingly, you will work cross-functionally to provide effective market insights and risk analysis to support cost optimisation and market opportunities. Therefore, a highly analytical, rational, data driven Procurement specialist will be the ideal candidate!
Required Skillset:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Procurement
- Experience negotiating and managing JCT contracts
- Experience in working with schedule of amendment contract
- CIPS and Degree Ideal but not required
