This organization are seeking an experienced, hardworking Procurement Manager - Food and Beverages to join their elite class of Procurement leaders.

This is the perfect opportunity to join an illustrious global pioneer that continues to demonstrate excelled growth and innovation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing progressive category strategies, alongside conducting all procurement activities within the Food and Beverages category - including, but not limited to, stakeholder management, sourcing activities, contract negotiations and supplier onboarding.

As a Procurement Manager - Food and Beverages, you will work in a highly cross-functional, fast-paced environment to drive continuous improvement and transformative practice. As such, a proven ability to identify and implement efficiencies will be imperative to success within this role.

As a Procurement Manager - Food and Beverages:

• Manage a category spend of $40m across Food and Beverages
• Work closely with Operations, Finance and wider Procurement to optimise supplier performance
• Conduct supplier due diligence throughout onboarding in accordance with best Procurement practice

Required Skillset:

• Strong experience managing Food and Beverage categories
• Industrial experience within a Restaurant/Hotel/Hospitality environment
• Ability to lead and influence
• Degree from a leading college
