Rapidly growing boutique public sector organisation is currently onboarding multiple procurement professionals to aid on their healthcare procurement projects, getting stuck in with all indirect categories including but not limited to: HR, Marketing, Professional services, Technology, Facilities Management (Hard and Soft), Energy, Utilities.

Training and development are of the upmost importance for this organisation, recognised for their employee development with a considerable learning budget set aside for each and every individual, for qualifications such as CIPS and MBA's, this public sector organisation also provides face to face time with directors to enhance employee's procurement knowledge. These are mentors that have had over a decade of experience within procurement, witnessing a multitude of procurement functions, so an excellent environment for the successful applicant to upskill themselves.

The ideal candidate for the Procurement Specialist position:

• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement regulations
• Proven experience of leading on Procurement projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with track record of influencing and winning stakeholders
• CIPS qualified (strongly desired)
• Experience leading procurement projects for indirect categories within public sector
