Are you an expert in procurement and strategic sourcing with a strong knowledge of facility management spend?
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a global industry-leading organization?
This company is currently looking to hire for its EMEA procurement team in Poland and looking for an individual with a specialist knowledge of facilities management (FM) spend to maximise the value of their spending in this area.
As the Strategic Sourcing Buyer for FM, you should have a strong subject matter expertise of the major sub-categories of FM, the key suppliers in the industry and great understanding of the contractual frameworks that maximise value to the company.
You will also be responsible for:-
- Working closely with internal and external customers to identify issues related to cost or performance and build effective strategies to address these challenges
- Lead strategic contract negotiations with major global vendors to ensure the business is consistently achieving the best value across all its FM projects
- Provide subject matter expertise to your internal stakeholders with regard to market conditions, industry trends and changes and how to stay ahead of the competition
- Deliver deep-dive spend analysis to identify opportunities for synergies, cost savings and avoidance
