This Global Leading Management Consulting Firm is going through a period of extensive global growth and as such, are looking to expand their team and add a Senior Manager to their team to lead the Technology Implementation practice in the UK, specially looking at Coupa S2P.

As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for Business Development within your practice area as well as managing the resulting technology implementation projects across the UK. You will be leading a team of three consultants across the practice area and have the opportunity to grow your team.

Senior Manager Responsibilities

• Lead the sales function of your practice area, working to gain new clients for the firm as well as selling Technology Implementation projects, specifically Coupa implementation
• Expertly manage your team, providing mentorship and leadership training, while also acting as a project manager
• Work with the wider global teams across North America and Europe to ensure overall company growth and that the overall company strategy is followed

To be successful as the Senior Manager, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience working on S2P Implementation projects ideally within a Consulting firm with significant exposure to business development and sales
• Experience implementing S2P systems such as Coupa, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, etc.
• Experience mentoring and leading team members in a project setting
• Technical S2P implementation experience, as well as high level project management and sales experience
