A leading procurement solutions provider specialising in the public sector is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Public Sector Procurement Specialist to strengthen their team. This role offers the convenience of remote work with fully expensed client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply extensive expertise in public sector procurement to conduct thorough assessments, identify opportunities for cost savings, and devise strategic procurement plans.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement effective procurement strategies, covering sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on public sector procurement regulations, compliance, and best practices.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and promptly address any challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in public sector procurement with a proven track record of managing successful procurement projects.
• In-depth knowledge of public sector procurement regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to work both independently and remotely, with a willingness to undertake client visits as necessary.
• Relevant professional certifications in procurement (e.g., CIPS) are advantageous.
