My client is a globally renowned and market leading Fortune 500 professional services firm who are experiencing unrivalled growth. They seek a Procurement Manager who possesses strong FM Sourcing, SRM and contracts management experience to join their highly regarded procurement function.

Due to ever-increasing budgets and constant expansion in work volume, this professional services powerhouse requires a procurement professional to lead the expansion of procurement activities across key accounts. The sourcing manager roles will be instrumental in leading strategic sourcing related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the central sourcing activity and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Analyse and utilise spend data to identify opportunities to achieve cost savings.
  • Take the lead on end-to-end tender activities, from selection to contract award, ensuring compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier engagement, schedule and lead supplier relationship Management (SRM) meetings and ensure stakeholder attendance.
  • Lead cross functional teams to implement and execute the sourcing of key services.
  • Ensure the effective management of supplier performance and the delivery of high service standards across the supply chain.
  • Identify and prioritize suppliers for new Preferred Supplier Agreements to maximize business value. Track supplier activities & benchmarks their performance and progress against goals.

Experience Required:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • CIPS or MCIPS qualified.
  • Demonstratable experience in contract management and end to end sourcing.
  • Experience in leading sourcing activities on a large scale.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Analytical proficiency with a solid understanding of commercial/contract risk.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with complex problem-solving.
  • Relationship-driven and adaptable under pressure.
