Project Buying Lead - Major Projects & Infrastructure | £60,000 - £75,000 + Housing Provided On-site + VISA provided + 3 meals per day provided + Flight allowance + End of Service Bonus | 12 month FTC with option to extend | Relocation Package |
Have you had experience project buying for CAPEX projects or high value major projects? If so the NEOM team are interested in hearing about your experiences! If you have not yet heard about the 2030 Vision Projects in the middle east, it is worth the google! It is the largest construction project of the century and probably will be the biggest in our lifetimes!
The team at NEOM are looking for candidates coming from UK, European & US/Canada FTSE 500 organisations that have experienced various procurement processes and activities and can advise on the NEOM projects with the gained experience
You will be working in a fast-paced high intensity environment with small scale priorities constantly changing for the good of the long-term goals set by NEOM's senior management. You will not have one set category you are looking over, but in fact you will be looking over a wide range of categories and projects as per NEOMs requirements
Key requirements of a Project Buying Lead - Major Projects & Infrastructure:
- Full end to end experience dealing with Capex and/or Major Projects procurements
- Ability to move to Saudi Arabia and be based on-site at NEOM for a 12-month period (25 days standard holiday + 11 bank holiday days)
- Must have experience dealing with C-level stakeholders managing requirements and showcasing procurements value
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts is extremely desirable but not required
