Facilities Sourcing Manager - Interim Role

Day Rate: £600 - £650 per day (Inside IR35)

Location: Hybrid - London (2-3 times a week)

Term Length: 3-6-month contract (Possibility of extension)

Seeking an experienced facilities sourcing expert for a contract role supporting on a key new account. The ideal individual will have a strong background working for Facilities Services organisations with experience in both public & private sector clients.

Key Skills & Experience

  • It is absolutely essential that you have worked for at least 5+ years in a Facilities Management organisation, with a strong understanding of IFM services and environment
  • Experience sourcing Supply Chain & Procurement targets for client accounts in a facilities Services environment.
  • Proven track record that instills confidence in clients and stakeholders, assuring them of their capability to effectively manage procurement needs.
  • Adept negotiation abilities, with the ability to drive significant cost savings and value for clients, to foster long-term partnerships and maximise ROI on procurement initiatives

Your Role:

  • Crafting and executing sourcing strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of the clients.
  • Acting as the key liaison between the organisation and clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Leading negotiations to achieve cost savings and enhance the efficiency of account deliverables.
  • Establishing robust reporting systems to monitor procurement outcomes and track savings effectively.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and enhance procurement planning.
  • Cultivating strong and enduring relationships with suppliers while ensuring performance and compliance standards are met.
  • Providing support for organisational transformation initiatives and contributing to the development of ESG sourcing strategies.
