Senior Procurement Lead - Facilities - Global FTSE 100 Professional Services Firm - Central London (Hybrid)- £75k - £90k + Car Allowance & benefits (Public Sector Expeirence Ideal)

Due to exponential growth, a globally esteemed professional services firm are urgently seeking a Senior Facilities procurement candidate with strong expertise to join their prestigious procurement team. This role will be heavily involved across all aspects of strategic client facing bids, client excellence & downstream operations.

Role responsibilities:

  • Work as part of senior leadership for procurement, with close cross-functional interaction with finance, HR & Commercial stakeholders to help the long-term business strategies
  • You will lead procurement activities across the division for new sales bids, mobilisation projects and establishing new business and ongoing operational activities.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies across real estate and facilities e.g., soft services, (cleaning, catering & security).
  • Build and maintain relationships with key senior stakeholders to ensure procurement is seen as a valued contributor

Required Skillset:

  • The gravitas to engage with and influence senior level stakeholders, gaining buy-in to push through innovative sourcing solutions and strategies
  • A significant knowledge of FM procurement, with a strong track record of procuring either Hard or Soft services (building maintenance, M&E, HVAC, Cleaning, Catering, Security)
  • Experience working in the public sector ideal
  • MCIPS and degree preferable but not essential

In this FM sourcing position will see you managing various high-value projects, utilising spends of circa £250m and creating significant savings through unique and tailored category plans.
