Location: Manchester (Hybrid: 1-2 days in office), in multiple locations

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Depending on Experience) + Generous Package

This market leading Energy Services firm, with over £500m annual spend is seeking multiple procurement professionals to join their construction procurement team as senior buyers and category managers.

You will join their established procurement team, ideally commuting in on average 1-2 days a week (or as many as you prefer). Formed over 100 years ago, this energy supplier has enjoyed a consistent increase in market share, and now seek to redefine their procurement processes in the name of sustainability. You will achieve this by implementing innovative procurement strategies for construction goods and services to meet and grow customer demand.

My client is passionate about building a workforce for the future and looking for procurement candidates with varied experience. They are ideally seeking buyers who have:

• A track-record and passion for procurement, ideally in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or similar fields.
• An ability to lead procurement tenders in line with category strategy.
• Participated and lead commercial negotiations.
• Any experience in NEC and FIDIC contracts is preferred, but not essential.
• Collaborated across the Procurement Function to deliver the best experience for stakeholders.
