** Principal Procurement Consultant - Indirect Generalist **

Client: UK leading Procurement Consultancy

Location: London (hybrid - very flexible)

Salary: £55-60k + 10% Bonus etc

Role Overview:

In response to significant expansion, we are seeking ambitious procurement professionals to join our esteemed team as Principal Consultants. You will engage in a diverse array of projects, spanning from business as usual operations to transformative initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and project-manage client delivery savings projects, facilitating cost reductions and analysing cost-saving opportunities
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to offer optimal advice on market insights and best procurement practices
  • Identify and capitalize on potential sales opportunities to foster new business retention

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable track record in delivering procurement projects, with exposure to strategy development and support for category management in either the public or private sector
  • Experience in cultivating relationships and collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Proficiency across a range of indirect categories.
  • Degree educated, with progress towards CIPS qualification - sponsorship provided
