Public sector Manager role for Global consultancy firm

Join one of the leading global consultancy firms in a hybrid role in the city of London. We are seeking a analytical and collaborative individual preferably with experience in public sector procurement to lead on projects. You'll be working in a dynamic and innovative team, leading them on key delivery projects and have the chance to enroll in global rotation schemes.

Position: Manager

Location: Hybrid / London City

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + 25% bonus

In this role, you'll manage a team and provide advice and hands-on delivery of key client programmes, while also managing relationships with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities for this Manager role:

• Lead the handling and evaluation of client data in order to be the catalyst in driving change
• Mapping and actioning strategies in order to hit key deliverables.
• Mentor and lead juniors to assist on projects you are directing
• Navigating relationships with client stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to secure buy-in strategies.

Key procurement experience required for this role:

• An excellent understanding of and experience in procurement, preferably in the public sector working major government projects
• A proven track-record of successful roadmaps for hitting KPI's
• The capacity to inspire and motivate people within your remit
• Bachelor's degree education is required, CIPS is preferred however not essential
