Supplier Relationship Specialist

Salary: £55,000 + package

Location: Milton Keynes (hybrid, office circa once per week)

With a nationwide presence across various industries, our client is at the forefront of advancing sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions. Following a large period of growth with a focus on commercial relationships, they are seeking an adept Supplier Relationship Specialist to Manage multi-million-pound supplier contracts across multiple spend categories, and work collaboratively with relevant customers and stakeholders to create and deliver significant supplier relationship value.

Supplier Relationship Specialist Role responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with key suppliers to drive mutual value and long-term success
  • Develop and implement innovative supplier relationship strategies to optimize performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align supplier relationships with organizational goals and objectives
  • Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks through effective supplier management practices
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supplier network to enhance operational efficiency and innovation
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to anticipate changes and opportunities within the supplier landscape
  • Champion sustainability and ethical sourcing practices in alignment with corporate values and standards.
