Are you looking to utilise your strategic procurement and logistics experience within a highly-reputable organisation that will open many doors for you in the future? If so, this is the perfect procurement opportunity for you.
This best-in-class boutique consultancy operates across an abundance of high-profile strategic procurement projects within the logistics space and is therefore seeking a subject matter expert to join the team. You will take lead on diverse logistics procurement and supply chain projects in relation to all logistics sub-categories, from warehousing and freight to transport and pallets, all of which will be on a pure strategic basis.
Not only will you be working amongst industry-leading procurement stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to undertake excellent stakeholder management with a variety of blue-chip organisations, both local and global. Due to the structure in place, working within a consultancy provides you with extensive opportunities for fast-track future progression
Logistics Procurement Lead responsibilities…
- Lead on a range of high-profile procurement logistics projects with differing clients across diverse logistics procurement subcategories predominantly in relation to 3PL, including warehousing, freight and inventory management
- Undertake a range of strategic procurement activities, from transforming effective logistics category strategy through change management and continuous improvement to managing and influencing key suppliers within the logistics space
- A key focus on effective stakeholder engagement in terms of managing key-client relationships to fully understand their requirements and aid effective procurement project delivery

- Ability to demonstrate strategic expertise within the logistics procurement and supply chain space, covering a range of subcategories within 3PL
- Strong skills surrounding stakeholder relationship management
- Please note, prior consultancy experience isn't required as they provide great initiatives to smoothly transition you into the consultancy space
