Currently, our client is expanding its presence within the UK Public Sector, driven by the outstanding reputation of its consultants and their pivotal contributions to critical initiatives like the Vaccine Deployment Programme. We are seeking a seasoned Management Consultant with a deep understanding and fervor for the public sector to join our Center of Excellence team. In this role, you'll provide strategic insights and hands-on program management, shaping the future of public service delivery.

While the focus lies on strengthening our Public Sector expertise, we encourage consultants to diversify their industry exposure. Our flexible approach to work allows you to engage in a spectrum of projects spanning both public and private sectors, fostering continuous growth and learning.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading specific workstreams on consulting and delivery projects, including:

• Collection and analysis of client data to drive strategic recommendations
• Development and execution of plans to achieve targeted objectives
• Mentorship of junior consultants, ensuring alignment with our methodologies
• Cultivation of client relationships and securing support for proposed strategies
