Professional Services Procurement Category Manager - Award Winning FMCG Firm

Location: Surrey

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Other Benefits

As a Professional Services Procurement Category Manager, you will focus on the development of their regional category strategies, whilst spearheading their existing sourcing cycles. With their indirect procurement function exceeding £50m annual spend your task will be to meet and grow customer demand. To achieve this, you will:

  • Collaborate with your team and stakeholders to identify the firm's current and future needs, formulating a collective approach to meeting regional targets.
  • Formulate regional procurement projects to achieve cost reductions and improve quality.
  • Take control of procurement sub-categories - including, but not limited to HR, Legal, Finance, Recruitment and Travel - and utilise your procurement expertise to maximise commercial benefit.
  • Create impact assessment for the Global Procurement Teams to contribute to Global Procurement Strategies.

My client is seeking those with a graduate qualification in procurement, or functional procurement experience within the professional services, HR, finance, or travel categories. You should also have excellent knowledge of category management and strong strategic category experience.
