Indirect Procurement Consultant / Indirect Category Lead / Industry-Leading Procurement Consultancy / Rapid Career Progression / Northampton / Flexible Working / £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits inc. Bonus
This well-established Procurement Consultancy is undergoing impressive growth plans and is therefore seeking a passionate procurement professional to join its team and take lead on delivery of diverse strategic indirect procurement projects across a range of Blue-Chip client accounts.
Working in a consultancy will accelerate your career through gaining exposure to a range of indirect procurement categories on a strategic basis coupled with acquiring invaluable industry knowledge across a range of private sector environments. Working within a client-facing environment will provide you with great stakeholder management abilities and procurement project management capabilities, thus providing excellent daily development.

Indirect Procurement Consultant responsibilities…
- Effectively utilise various tools and methodologies coupled with procurement expertise to deliver strategic procurement projects across a generalist range of indirect procurement categories, such as IT procurement, Marketing procurement and Professional Services procurement
- Manage a diverse range of stakeholders including leading relations with various high-profile FTSE250clients to effectively understand client requirements and facilitate best-in-class procurement project delivery
- A key focus on strategic procurement activities, centred around delivering strategic cost saving initiatives and driving continuous improvement, change management and transformation procurement
Indirect Procurement Consultant requirements…
- Demonstratable experience across the end-to-end procurement function in relation varying indirect categories, such as IT procurement, Marketing procurement, FM procurement, Professional Services procurement and/or Logistics procurement
- Excellent skills surrounding procurement strategy development and stakeholder management
- Past consultancy experience would be beneficial but is not a requirement as excellent initiatives are provided to smoothly transition you into the consultancy space
