Role Overview
As a Supplier Manager, you will:
- Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Develop and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers, ensuring they meet the firm's performance standards and contribute to strategic goals.
- Oversee Source-to-Pay (S2P) Processes: Manage end-to-end S2P processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance across procurement activities.
- Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts, ensuring all agreements align with the firm's objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Conduct supplier performance reviews and implement improvement plans to enhance service delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating seamless integration of procurement strategies and driving value across the organization.
- Support Mergers and Acquisitions: Play a key role in the integration efforts of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of supply.
