Through strategic transformation, this firm is expanding into UK central government projects. With this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside established government departments and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact public sector projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct data analysis to inform the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Drive innovation and change within the public sector by proposing and executing creative solutions.
• Oversee and mentor a team of junior consultants, fostering their professional growth.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience working in the public sector with a deep understanding of government regulations.
• Proven consulting experience on public sector projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• A degree from a red brick university is required; CIPs/MCIPs certification is preferred.

This role offers a competitive salary of £90,000-£110,000, plus a 20% bonus and benefits package.
