The Commercial Manager, Culinary Tomatoes role lies within the Northern Europe business in the New Ventures division, reporting into the Sr. Commercial Lead, Culinary Tomatoes.

While still part of the Kraft Heinz business, the New Ventures team operates with a start-up mindset to deliver disruptive innovations and build new business models - challenging the status quo to deliver with agility and always driving for creative excellence!

Supporting the delivery of short and long-term strategy to accelerate growth for the Northern Europe business, by leading commercial in close collaboration with the cross functional team (supply chain, commercial, sales, product development, marketing), your responsibilities include:
  • Full ownership of the platform P&L and growth plan
  • Consolidate financial performance at platform level
  • Identify levers of growth and build 1y and 5y growth plan on both top line and profitability
  • Analyse and monitor share, competitors and other shopper metrics (e.g., frequency, repeat
  • Lead Monthly Business Reviews, recommend and track next steps
  • Lead channel strategy and distribution prioritisation
  • Support National Account Managers in listings, negotiation, and execution & meetings with the retailers such as with the buyer.
  • Guide NAMs in JBP negotiations to deliver on the platform's objectives in JBP
  • Build overall "perfect" promo plan guideline and support sales teams in execution of category plans.

Qualifications
• Knowledge in FMCG experience OR a background in agile start-ups!
• Proven progression in commercial functions, ideally 3-6 years
• Track record for supporting delivery of new business models and disruptive innovation
