Business Performance Manager - Commercial Waste
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum, up to 20% discretionary performance bonus, company car/car cash allowance of £6,600 p/a, medical cover and pension
Hours:Full time, 40 hours per week
Location: London (multiple base locations available)

- Effectively support the Territory Head of Operations in delivering on all aspects of the Commercial Strategy in a safe and legally compliant manner.
- Maximise profitability, deliver first class customer service & Operational excellence and drive our business purpose.
- Coordinate/support Infrastructure, Acquisitions and Commercial Projects across the operational territory through efficient planning.
- Be a key driver in delivering net revenue growth and performance, ensuring we are commercially aware whilst driving efficiencies.
- Supporting the Head of Operations and Area Managers in the delivery of all Divisional priorities and objectives, aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
- Production and delivery of budget and forecast expectation as well as commercial modelling.
- Providing clear, transparent and accurate reporting of business performance.
- Modelling future capacity and service offerings to maintain strong organic growth as industry, legislation and customer needs evolve.
- Ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience of change management.
- Experience of producing and presenting financial models and business plans.
- Previous experience within the waste industry.
- Strong business acumen.
