Title: Supply Chain Director, Beverage
Reports to: VP, Global Operations
Location: Dublin

The Supply Chain Director will oversee all supply chain activities globally, ensuring alignment with business strategies. This role is crucial in influencing business strategy and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and implement the Supply Chain Strategy for the division.
• Align regional supply chain strategies with business unit objectives.
• Identify and execute supply chain cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service levels.
• Represent the Supply Chain function in the commercialization process.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Manage Talent Review and Succession Planning for the team.

Travel: Approximately 10% to 15%.

Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience leading a supply chain team in a multinational environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience desirable.
• Strong project management skills.

Personal Competencies:

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Effective communicator at all levels, including senior executives.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage change.
• Experienced in coaching and developing a team.
