This best-in-class organisation is looking for a Senior Buyer to join their industry-leading indirect procurement team as there has been a promotion within the team. You will be working within a strategic procurement function which focuses on a business partnering approach which enables you to gain exposure to, and develop daily from a range of credible procurement professionals.

Alongside daily development opportunities, you'll be working within a well-structured team which focuses heavily on progression, so you will always have a clear understanding of what your next step would look like and what you need to achieve in order to progress.

Senior Buyer responsibilities…

• Lead strategic sourcing activities across the end-to-end procurement function in relation to differing indirect procurement categories, such as Professional Services procurement, IT procurement and FM procurement
• Continuously incorporate sustainability and ESG initiatives into procurement category strategy as part of the company's mission to be net zero
• Take ownership of strategic procurement activities, including contract management, negotiation, tender management and category management

Senior Buyer requirements…

• Demonstratable experience across the end-to-end procurement function in relation to differing indirect procurement categories, such as Professional Services procurement, FM procurement, IT procurement and/ or Marketing procurement
• Strong skills surrounding stakeholder relationship management, strategic sourcing and negotiation
