Global Procurement Account Lead - Major Real Estate Services Firm - Key Global Account - Central London (Hybrid)- £80k - £85k + Car Allowance & benefits

Leading Global Real Estates firm is currently embarking upon an exciting period of growth and transformation. Having secured a number of key clients, they're seeking an experience real estate services procurement expert to join their team.

This role will be leading the management of a key global account, working closely with c-suite stakeholders to develop and implement global sourcing strategy and managing a team of 2 direct reports.

As a Global Procurement Account Lead your responsibilities will include:

• You will be the lead on a key global account, acting as the liason between the client, sourcing and the wider business groups
• You will work closely with cross-functional interaction with finance, HR & Commercial stakeholders to help the long-term business strategies
• You will lead procurement activities across client engagement, mobilisation projects and ongoing operational activities.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies across real estate and facilities e.g., soft services, (cleaning, catering & security).
• Build and maintain relationships with key senior stakeholders to ensure procurement is seen as a valued contributor

Required Skillset:

• The gravitas to engage with and influence senior level stakeholders, gaining buy-in to push through innovative sourcing solutions and strategies
• A significant knowledge of real estate procurement expertise, managing facilities spend across hard & soft
• Experience working on the supplier side, delivering real estate services to clients
• MCIPS and degree preferable but not essential
