SALARY: £60,000 - £70,000 + PACKAGE

SENIOR CONSULTANT - LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS, Responsibilities: -

• Project Leadership: Manage smaller logistics projects independently or contribute significantly to larger projects, ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective solutions to global, blue-chip clients and industry leaders
• Solution Design: Work within the business development cycle to design and cost warehouse solutions for customers, evaluating the right technologies and developing equipment requirements and cost models.
• Implementation: Play a key role in implementing, testing, and operating the designed solutions, ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.

SENIOR CONSULTANT - LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS, Ideal Backgrounds:-

• Either a Solution Design Engineer from an Automation Business with experience in designing and costing warehouse solutions for customers.
  • Proven track record in the business development cycle, developing new or existing warehouses with the right technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing, testing, and operating designed solutions.
• Or experience of Project Appraisal for Customer or 3PL Operations with experience working with warehouse automation in operational, project, or development roles, collaborating with MHE Automation partners.
  • Implementation experience from design to ramp-up, ensuring seamless project execution.

Required skillset:

• Experience in the roles listed above or other similar roles such as CI Manager, Project Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Business Analyst (bridging into systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for logistics and automation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and deliver high-quality results.
