This industry-leading FMCG organisation is looking to grow its procurement team and is therefore seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager. You'll be working within an excellent environment which is centered around providing the best platform for success where you can develop from high caliber procurement professionals, but without compromising on wellbeing or work/ life balance.

Within this position you will support and lead on various high-value strategic procurement projects across the indirect procurement space in relation to a generalist range of categories, from IT and Marketing procurement to Logistics and Professional Services procurement. Day-to-day activities will always be strategic in nature where you'll lead on category management, strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation and tender management.

You'll always have a very clear understanding of your future development as this organisation prides itself on providing tailor-made pathways for individual development which is facilitated by 6-month reviews.

Indirect Procurement Manager requirements…

• Demonstratable strategic exposure across the end-to-end procurement function in relation to the indirect procurement space covering IT procurement, Marketing procurement, Professional Services and/ or Logistics procurement
• Strong skills surrounding category management, strategic sourcing and negotiation
• Desire to work within
