Sustainable Operations Specialist, Role Details:-

• Strategic Collaboration: Engage with global stakeholders, both internal and external, to champion vendor diversity, drive sustainability initiatives, and achieve net-zero targets.
• Risk Management: Play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating environmental and human rights risks within the supply chain. Update requirements documentation and craft comprehensive training materials.
• Net Zero Initiatives: Lead the charge on sustainability projects by collecting and analysing data, implementing strategic plans, and reducing emissions across our operations and supply chains.
• Sustainability Reporting: Oversee sustainability data management, benchmark performance metrics, and compile detailed reports to track and communicate progress towards our goals.

Sustainable Operations Specialist, Required background:-

• Educational Background: Degree or experience in sustainability or diversity is beneficial but not essential. Relevant Sustainability / Net Zero qualifications are also a bonus.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong numeracy skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insightful conclusions.
• Dynamic and Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a degree of ambiguity.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships with local and global teams, especially in strategic sourcing, product finance, communications, and business functions.
