Our client - a group of companies operating nearly 20 years in a market is seeking a Process Manager with Change Management Focus. As part of the Process and Quality team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving positive change and optimizing processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management initiatives within the organization, including developing and implementing strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and mitigate resistance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop actionable plans to drive change.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Design and implement process documentation and training materials to support process improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on process optimization techniques and change management best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of process improvements and identify areas for further optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in process optimization and change management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and change management roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio) is a plus.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred but not required.

The monthly net salary for this position ranges from 2000 to 2600 EUR. The final salary for this position depends on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
